The Mammut Reserve 2017 MAGNUM 1.5L

Strong, complex and dense wine with very well integrated spices, oak and a long finish. A harmony of flavors: chocolate, light tobacco hints, dark barrel brandy, coffee, black elderberries, black cherries.

Through careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, gentle fermentation and a long maturation period in barriques, we press “The Mammut”, which is second to none.

• Aging: 3 – 4 weeks maceration, 24 months in new barriques
• Alcohol: 13,5 % vol
• Residual sugar: 1.0 g/l – Dry
• Acid: 5.3 g / l
• Serving temperatur: 16°C
