Complex aromas, green sugar snap peas, sweet and fully ripe citrus fruits, overripe bananas, dried apricots, candied ginger.
We always hand-pick the Tabor vineyard at the end of our harvest. Extremely ripe grapes without botrytis.

A monumental and complex Grüner Veltliner that inspires with its concentration, complex aroma, clarity and youthfulness.

• Aging: in steel tanks, 8 months on the fine lees
• Alcohol: 13,5 % vol
• Sugar: 2,7 g/l – Dry
• Acid: 5,3 g/l
• Serving temperature: 9-11°C
