All prices are in Euros ex-winery for end consumers including all Austrian taxes excl. transportation costs. Glass and packaging are included, as well as the Austrian disposal costs for bottles and boxes. Our offer is non-binding.
We make every effort to ensure that our products reach you safely. Due to the shipping carton specifications, we can only deliver in boxes of 6 and 12. For each order quantity, we charge transportation costs in addition to the specified prices. For rail express, other shipping methods or larger quantities, please request a quote.

Transport damage:
We guarantee full replacement for damage and impairments that occur during transport under the following conditions:
- The incoming goods must be checked immediately for correctness and completeness.
- A complaint about the goods must be reported within 8 days.
- Any complaints must be confirmed by the transport company.
Payment:
We reserve the right of shipping to new customers only after the reception of advanced payment.
Paymentoptions are depending on the country of origin of the customer. Optional available are “Kauf auf Rechnung”, Credit Cards, Giropay (Germany), EPS (Austria).
The ordered goods are to be paid for immediately after receipt of the invoice without deduction. In the event of default in payment, we charge 12% p.a. Late payment interest. The wines remain our property until all claims and ancillary claims have been paid in full. The place of fulfillment is Krems.
